catastrophe keeps me together.
I am a self-proclaimed biggest fringe fan of rainer maria. by this I mean I consistently go nuts over 1 song off each of their releases (whether it’s a full length or an EP) but I’m never interested in an entire album and I’ve never actively sought out a live performance.
so when their new album “catastrophe keeps us together” came out I knew I would be in for a one-song obsession and sure enough there is. I absolutely love this song right now.

oh come now, how can you not love both “artificial light” and “the contents of lincoln’s pockets” from ‘a better version of me’? even the title track was worth inclusion on a mix tape or two.
is the track from ‘long knives drawn’ “situation: relation”? i love that song.

caithlin is purty. i started buying up RM albums after seeing them open for luna. a good-looking show all round, that one.
