yeah so I’m back from my trip to florida. this marked the first time (as far as we know) hayley’s been to the beach and she had a fucking blast. she was very well behaved on the plane, too. much better than the screaming chubby little kids at least (why was this dad constantly offering little twix bars and snack-size bags of potato chips to these little kids? they were already showing signs of obesity).
anyway. trips to florida generally means:
- doin’ nothin’
- fresh seafood
- going to the beach
- chillin’ by the pool
- watching a fuckload of satellite tv
doing nothing and watching a lot of tv on vacation is so awesome. I was introduced to project runway, a fashion-related reality show on bravo that I’d seen ads for but never seen. what a concept! lesley will now have to download this show as well…
on a side note, I did not expect heidi klum’s voice to be as high-pitched as it is.
did you catch the bachelor paris? if you didn’t, the only thing you need to know is susanfromkansas is still on the show.
on a side note part 2, as long as these shows cast attractive morons with a flair for drama (not the good kind) it will continue to draw the viewers. that’s just how it works.
